Kelly was actually pretty damn excited about the fact Megan was moving to Chicago. He took time out to get the spare room cleared out and ready for her. He then packed some snacks into the car for his drive there. He didn't stop to rest on the way there, too excited by the fact she was moving there. He wanted her to feel like she was finally at home in Chicago. He called her to let her know he would be there within a few hours.

She'd finally hear the rumbling of his car pulling up outside, before the engine cut off. Him being there was in no way a rush for her to get ready. He'd hang a few days if need be. He walked up to her door and rang the bell. She'd be greeted by a smile when she opened the door before a tease.

"I didn't get pulled over."

"Well yay."

Megan smiled back at him though she'd fret if she knew he hadn't slept. She stepped back to let him in, she'd taken a nice long bath and then started to pack up her stuff from her apartment. The finished boxes stacked in one corner of the living room, all neatly labeled because of course Megan was organized.

"Um," she said as she shut the door behind him. "I didn't know how much I should take and what I should store. Like, what do you need me to do with the furniture and all the big stuff?"

"We'll load it up and take it with us. Figure it out when there."

He smiled and kissed her cheek gently. He looked around and saw the boxes and smiled.

"Off to a good start."

She smiled over at him, giving him a tight hug.

"Thank you so much for doing this with me. I know it's a big ask."
